Roomsera is an app that redesigns photos of your rooms with AI. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Roomsera is run by an individual developer, Altamash Shaban.
What we collect
- Your account: when you sign in with Google (or Apple on iPhone), we receive your email address and a user ID. We don't receive your password.
- Your photos and redesigns: the room photos you take or choose, the redesigned images, the style you pick and any extra details you type.
- Credits: your credit balance and a record of credits added and used.
- Purchases: when buying credits is available, Google Play or the App Store handles payment. We receive confirmation of the purchase, never your card details.
We don't use advertising, we don't sell your data, and the app has no third-party tracking or analytics.
How we use it
- To make your redesigns and show you your history on any device you sign in on.
- To find furniture in your redesign for "Shop this look". Store links are searches on the store's own website; we don't share your data with those stores.
- To keep track of your credits and stop misuse, such as limiting how many redesigns can be made in a day.
Who processes your data
- Supabase hosts our database, sign-in and image storage.
- OpenAI receives your photo and style choice to create the redesign and to find furniture in it. It is processed under OpenAI's API terms.
- Google (and Apple on iPhone) provide sign-in and, when available, in-app payments.
How long we keep it
Your photos, redesigns and account stay until you delete them. Deleting a redesign in the app removes it from our storage. Deleting your account removes your account, every photo and redesign, and your credit balance. See how to delete your account.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections. Your images are kept in private storage that only your account can access, and the AI key never leaves our server.
Children
Roomsera isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Your choices
You can delete any redesign or your whole account from inside the app at any time. For a copy of your data or any other request, email altamazy@gmail.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
